Events / Training
Coastech Empowerment Community organizes training and development
program, we aim to: Improve the leadership and direction of corporate and other
entities by enhancing the effectiveness of actual and potential youth with a focus
on raising their level of knowledge and skills and inculcating the highest standard
of ethics.
Meet-ups Forum /
Workshop / Bootcamps
We conduct seminars, conferences, workshops, and every form of program or
discussion relating to any business matter falling within the scope of youth
activities.
Coastech Empowerment Community introduces new concept in Information
Technology, spurring participants to investigate it further on their own, or we
demonstrate and encourage their efforts toward problem solving. Especially
for youth who work together, a workshop can help to create a sense of
community or common purpose among its them
Professional Coaching
Coaching is a powerful alliance designed to forward and enhance the lifelong
process of human learning, effectiveness, and fulfillment, its an ongoing
relationship which focuses on an individual taking action toward the realization of their visions, goals or desires. Professional Coaching involves holding out apossibility in front of others while coaching them to move to the next level of relentless compassion.
In the midst of continual change and development, the youth rarely get stuck
merely because they lack some key piece of information or some precise procedure. Rather, they often get stuck in how they think and feel about
themselves or their situations in life and work. Complex problems in IT can’t be
solved by experts and gurus who lead followers through highly analytic and rational approaches. One-shot training sessions, such as personal coaching is effective in helping them to continually learn from their experiences.
Mentorship Support
Too many young professionals fail to realize that mentorship is a two-way street.
We deliver tremendous value to our mentees and that often means working longer
and harder for the sake of helping them realize their dreams and goals.
Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable
person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. We take
this role with all the passion for the sake of a better community.
Job Creation
We train the youth in technology as well as when we invite professionals during
our workshops and forums, the youth also get an opportunity to interact with them
and learn of new opportunities for them to explore.
